No.NPTI(SR)/Ney/Estate/Elecl.Mtce./2009/ 3566 Date : 16 .09.2009 NOTICE INVITING TENDER Sealed Tenders in Two Parts (Part-A Technical Bid & Part-B Price Bid) in separate covers are invited from Licensed Electrical Engineering Contractors who have registered with Corporation, CPWD, PWD or any Government Agencies and have executed one or more similar works of not less than 5.00 lakhs in the past 2 years covering the subject mentioned above in respect of building at NPTI(SR), Neyveli up to 15:00 hrs. of 28.10.2009. The tender forms can be download from http://www.tender.gov.in/ or can be had through E-mail: nptisr@rediffmail.com on request from 30.09.2009 to 26.10.2009. The Technical Bid (Part-A) will be opened on 28th October 2009 at 17:00 Hrs and the eligible Contractors will be intimated regarding the date of opening of Price Bid for them to attend. The terms and conditions along with the tender forms can also be obtained from the office of the Principal Director, NPTI(SR), Neyveli on or before 28.10.2009 at 15:00 hrs. on cash payment of Rs.500/-.
NOTE: 1. Rates quoted shall be valid for 90 days from the date of opening of the tender. 2. NPTI reserves the right to accept in part or to reject any or all tenders without assigning any reason. 3. The tender document can be obtained from the Accounts Section of this institute up to 30th September 2009 at 03.00 P.M. on cash payment of tender cost. Tender document can be downloaded from our website www.nptisr.com or http://tenders.gov.in, in such case Tender Cost shall be payable in the form of Demand Draft drawn in favour of Principal Director, National Power Training Institute (SR) payable at Neyveli Township along with the Technical Bid at the time of submission of Tender.
