NPTI
has developed training programmes on most of the topics in Power
Sector in which training is required by the customer organisations.
NPTI still appreciates that a number of organisations may need
certain customized training programs to suit their requirement
from time to time.
Accordingly
NPTI (SR) conducts tailor made programs at the Institute based
on the customer requirement. After having detailed discussion
with the organisation about the participants background, the
nature of work they need to perform, the duration of training
etc, NPTI (SR) designs suitable program.
For
programs of less than 3 weeks duration, minimum 10 trainees need
to be deputed and for programs of more than 3 weeks duration,
minimum 16 trainees will be required. The institute has conducted
such tailor made programs from 1 week to 52 weeks duration for
many organisations including State Electricity Boards, State
and Central Power Corporations, Independent Power Producers and
Consultancy organisations.
