This
course is exactly similar to the one year P.G. Diploma Course
in Thermal Power Plant Engineering. The demand for trained engineers
increases every year. With many Ultra Mega and Super Thermal
Power Stations coming up within next 5 years, one PGDC per annum
will not meet the requirement of the industry.
Realising
this, NPTI (SR) is conducting this Programme open to the Fresh
Graduate Engineers and Engineers sponsored by Industry from 2006-2007
in addition to the PGDC.
The
entry requirement, curriculum etc. of this Programme is exactly
similar to PGDC. The Course will commence every year in the month
of January and the admission notification will be issued in November/December.
